  WebWay’s family of alarm transmission systems provide an independently approved and integrated solution which removes call charges for alarms and UDL when using IP and GPRS networks.

  WebWay’s digital communications range includes IP/GPRS, IP/PSTN or IP, and the GPRS range includes GPRS/PSTN (IP ready) and GPRS (IP ready). All products use the same LPCB and CPD approved hardware platform making installation and maintenance the simplest on the market. All products are upgradeable enabling installers to enhance signalling for customers as their risk changes, or re-use products in alternative sites.

  Every WebWay is provided with full technical support and warranty. All GPRS systems include a roaming SIM with inclusive airtime irrespective of Grade/ATS classification.

  All WebWay systems can be remotely managed in real time using our Command Centre application, enabling installers to avoid unnecessary site visits and diagnose issues before attending site.

  WebWay IP and GPRS  products add new value to traditional PSTN-digi and single path signalling. The transmission of open and close events and test messages are free of call charges. Remote service no longer adds costs to the customer phone bill and new high security features for access are added. Service is improved with our network quality of service monitoring, available for all IP, GPRS and PSTN systems.

  WebWay IP polls the network every 30 seconds, can transmit unlimited alarms for free and provides encrypted UDL to the panel.

  WebWay GPRS has the same functionality, includes our WebWay Roaming SIM and polls the network every 30 minutes.

  WebWay IP/PSTN is an ideal product for insured premises where there is no GPRS and includes Stepped Up polling on the PSTN path should the broadband circuit fail.

  WebWay GPRS/PSTN is IP ready and fully LPCB tested to LPS1277 Issue 3 for intruder and fire to ATS4PLUS and Type 2.

  WebWay IP/GPRS is also fully tested to LPS1277 Issue 3 for intruder and fire to ATS5 and Type 1.
